Default very rough riding G22

Recently purchased 2004 G22 , seemed to ride a little rough ... installed Jake's 6"spindle lift and 22" tires .... now rides like a tank .... seems to have about 1" of travel in rear and 1 1/2" in front , would appreciate any advice on remedies.
