G-14 Electric performance up grades
Ok I am building a G-14 put a jakes long travel lift kit, big off road tires back seat... of course now it is very slow and has no balls. I just orderd a new GE 500amp 24v-48v controller and new 36v heavy duty solenoid. I hope this will satisfy my desires for power and speed but guessing not and allso relize stand a good chance of killing my stock motor. which would give me a good exuse to replace it but I would rather build in stages.
1. add 2 more batteris and wire in them in parrell until I can afford the new 48Volt charger and motor.. 2. buy new 48v motor, 48v charger, and 48v solenoid. Will this work? |

Re: G-14 Electric performance up grades
If I can find the space will 8-6 volt batteries work for a 48volt conversation?
