Mac charger issue
Have a Mac charger 48v for my Yamaha. If I jump the relay the charger charges but if the relay is not jumped it still turns on and hums. Don't wanna spend 160 on a control board without getting some other people's opinions or input first. I could make it a manual charger but who wants a manual charger these days? Batts at 48.8v, not getting any voltage to blue and white wire at relay.
Also charger has red "incomplete" light on at all times even if fully charged so its not reading cart voltage somewhere |

Re: Mac charger issue
time for a new board or charger. me I would go for a new charger. Cost more but better warranty.
DPI charger works better than the Mac |
