Marathon cross member help
I recently received a 1991 ezgo marathon gas for free and need some help deciding how to go about fixing a rusted out cross member. The square tubing on the drivers side is fine but the passenger side is rusted completely under the battery tray. Would it work if i were to weld in a new piece from the existing cross member to the passenger side frame rail or does the entire cross member need to be replaced? I was thinking of just welding in half for the passenger side and re-enforcing it to the frame rail. Any help is appreciated.

Re: Marathon cross member help
I'd think you could just piece in what you need, then reinforce the whole thing...
Maybe sister another piece of tubing all the way across the front |
