Got the 375 in and runs great. A little hard to start when cold. Any suggestions? Brand new carb. Set screw with black tab on it turned out 3 turns. Runs and starts good when warmed up.

Sounds like you got it all worked out! Good to hear. Double check that the choke is adjusted right and double check the valve adjustment. They all can be a little bit stubborn when it's cold outside.
