club car shutter/battery problem
i have a 2000 club car electric 48V cart. when trying to accelerate the cart shutters then accelerates slowly. the cart has not been used much at all in the last few years. new batteries were installed before we quit using it so often. i checked the batteries with a volt meter (after charging) and one is showing 6v while the others all show 8.3V. so do i have a bad battery causing this problem?
if i need to replace the battery how do i go about finding one approx the same age and condition as what i currently have? is that important? thanks, any help would be appreciated. |

Re: club car shutter/battery problem
thaks for the help. i was afraid you would say that. if i dont use it often would it be a bad idea to get a used battery and get what i can out of it?
