Small 12volt battery after power converter
I have a 48volt ds with a 30amp converter and was wondering if I could wire a small 12volt battery parallel between converter output and fuse box? Reason being, I'd like to have a constant power supply for stereo memory. A have a disconnect on the input side of the converter for when it's not needed... Problem is that I loose memory when converter is switched off. I have a small lead acid battery out of fire exit light that I was thinking about using. Any Advice?
