Default 98 txt engine wiring questions

ok so i have a 98 txt that im finally getting to work on and i print out the diagram but i have a wire that comes out near the pulsar coil wires that is white on one engine and yellow on another i am thinking that it is an oil pressure sending unit wire but who knows.

My 99 TXT has a white wire there. It's for the oil light if equipped... otherwise, it just hangs there.
