I'd leave the colors just as they are. I expect CC has spent a lot of time and money to determine what would be a popular and complimentary color scheme. As soon as you start to add paint, any scuffs or nicks are going to require touch ups and then you could (later) have a problem matching. A white canopy top would be more difficult to keep clean than the factory beige. The beige is a "softer" tone and compliments the dark green body. If anything, I would consider green and beige seat covers...
