Need pictures, but sounds like it's installed under a "stress", like its binding somewhere!!

Since it keeps breaking in the same place it sounds like something is in a bind somewhere in the mounting to be causing it to break in that area. Is the windshield a fold down? If so, is the windshield being left up when being hauled?

I'd sure complain to them and see what happens.

When I first got my cart the dealer said I should remove the windshield when hauling the cart on an open trailer going down the highway. My windshield folds in the middle, so folding it in half and securing it with a bungee cord worked getting it home. I didn’t like the way the windshield flexed and bounced while riding the cart, so I decided it needed another support in the middle. I used a length of ˝”X1/2” square tubing to make a center support. I cut it long enough to make a tab on each end to be pop riveted to the roof supports on each side. I found stainless steel hardware and gourmets to fasten it in the middle at Lowe's and it has held up nicely for two years now.
