oil pressure
Hi all. Got a problem with oil getting to valves on a buddies g14 cart. He completely rebuilt the motor with new valves rods crank and a 20 over piston. Issue is it isnt sending oil to vavles. Started it and ran til we began hearing a sort of screech . upon inspection of valves they were bone dryn poured oil on the vavkes screech stopped yet no oil is coming up from crank.

Re: oil pressure
Did you install the "oil splasher" on the rod? Try blowing thru the oil tube from the valve cover to the crankcase to see if it's plugged.

Re: oil pressure
is your cart lifted? 1qt, is the amount on a stock cart,, but i found on a lifted it will slant the motor, not letting the splashier do enough. i use aprox, 36 oz of 10w30fullsyn, oil. some will not agre with this, but it will put the oil on full on the stick, and splash , if your cart is 6up,, steve
