Default One more G2 clutch question

All of my clutch parts came in, and I have seen y'all reference setting the spring on 1,2,3, or 4, but don't know what that translates to as far as performance. Looking at the spring seat, I can see the holes with the corresponding numbers. In replacing the rear clutch components, where should I set the spring, and what can I expect this to do performance wise?

There are holes in the sheave, and also in the spring seat. One is marked with numbers and the other is marked with letters. I just can't remember which is which!!

Gettin forgetful in your old age Mike 4 is a hole in the spring seat, B is a hole in the sliding sheave. When the spring "tangs" are in the holes and you start to "pre load", you must turn the sliding sheave about a 3rd (clockwise) then push it all the way in. Do you have a new style sliding sheave with a zerk fitting for greasing?

It does have the grease zerk, but there are no letters on the sliding sheave (on either side). Preloading by 1/3 of a turn isn't difficult. I should be able to wing it. thanks for the advice.

If not marked, its not genuine parts. I would be skeptical of one without markings.
