CG why did you call yourself a cheapskate? We are all cheap in our own little way. I know that I am more than most.

The exhaust wasn't plugged so now I'm led to believe that the secondary clutch is causing me the problems, what would cause the secondary clutch to get extremely hot?

Only one thing, belt slippage. Improper setup, or worn out spring?

I don't have the g9 in front of me right now and I didn't install the new secondary clutch, is it possible to install the secondary clutch backwards on the input shafts of the rearend?

Found out the secondary clutch is junk again from being installed wrong. Can anyone tell me if there is supposed to be a spacer between the circlip and the secondary clutch?

Not supposed to be a spacer between the clip & seat. It's a "one or the other, but not both" thing.
