Default Yamaha steering column

A friend of mine at camp asked me this weekend if I knew where he could get a steering column. His cart got rolled and column got bent. We determined that it wasn't a G1, G2 or G9.. wife pulled up a picture from the web and said it looks like this.. rounded style front end they believe it's a 90's model. I looked and could be a g8 g14..etc. Will any column work.. and does anyone have one to sell?

Not 100% certain, but I think any from G1 to G19 will fit. The newer (less worn out), the better.

Thanks cgtech.. can the steering column be swapped out from the gear box fairly easy, or does the column not split from the gear box?

The outer tube of the column is pressed into the steering housing and the steering shaft is one piece the whole length of the assembly.

Okay thanks.. I see that now. I asked if it was the steering wheel that got bent, because they told me they drive it the steering wheel is out of concentric when they turn the wheel.. he said that the tube was bent, but it appears that the tube is in a fixed position.. so either the shaft got bent in the process or the wheel is also bent.
