All YDRA had a splined shaft that accepted a fully assembled clutch. They don't get assembled on the input shaft like prior models.

I thought someone said it could be used on older carts? Because the offset is different on the new primary?

I don't think the Primary would be correct on an older cart (G22 and prior), offset is different.

I rather have a roller clutch anyway, but the stock yamaha primary worked really well on a stock cart. I don't think it could be beat by anything.

The new yamaha team replacement kit I was told part number is 99999-jw8g6 list is 445.99 you might get a discount depending.
