YAmaha drive “wet brakes”
Have a Yamaha drive 09 electric model. It has the wet braking system. When I come to a stop brakes don’t work great. With a quick hard stop it sounds awful. Maybe like something grinding. Any ideas on what to do? I’m mechanical just need some help troubleshooting. Thanks in advance

Re: YAmaha drive “wet brakes”
You could try changing the rear end oil--it takes a special kind because of the internal brakes. Sorry, I can't be more specific.
I do know that some have replaced the entire transaxle assy for only a few hundred $ more than a shop would charge to change all of the brake parts. There's lots of parts...JW2-G6300-03-00 TRANS AXLE ASSY http://www.tntgolfcar.com/yamaha-par..._439_1302.html |

Do they lock up the rear wheels?
I changed my rear fluid out with Mobil 1 synthetic rear ended fluid |
