Default 2003 Yamaha G22a Govenor Adjustment

I need to slow down my Yamaha G22a golf cart, would someone please tell me how to adjust the govenor to accomplish this

On the top of the rear differential you'll see this arm disregard the zip tie in the picture back the nut off and this will slow it down
