2014 RXV shuts down going forward but not reverse

Any help appreciated, 2014 EZGO RXV would shut down going forward after 50ft. Turn key off and back on will go in reverse without shutting down. Replaced motor brake, speed sensor, and solenoid. Now buzzer wont come on or do twist test. Handheld shows charging but I swapped charging receptical and still show the same. Key switch works. Any idea's where to go next?

Reverse is extremely speed limited, so battery pack voltage will likely not dip below the default undervoltage cutoff setting of 40V. Forward is a different story. When this happens, your controller goes overcurrent trying to get enough power to move the cart, further depleting the voltage. Do not do this anymore until you find your battery pack issue and resolve it. You can permanently damage your controller.

Bob, when I tested the cart with the handheld the battery pack voltage didn't drop when the shut down took place, now it wont do anything when the key is turned on except show full charge at the SOC meter. This was after changing everything one at a time. With the key on there is no voltage across the two large solenoid terminals. The hand held still show that the charger is connected.

If the handheld shows charger connected, when it is not connected, you have a failed charge port. Bad charge port will disable a rxv.

I replaced the charge port twice.

Ok, let me rephrase that... As long as the controller is indicating "charger connected", the cart is disabled. What you do with that info is up to you.
