02 Ezgo slow speed

I'll second that.

You've got a drive system that is easy to upgrade for more speed. As mentioned in a previous post, the PDS controller RPM limits the motor and replacing the stock controller with an Alltrax XCT user programmable controller will allow it to do about 24MPH with a 36V battery pack and stock height tires.

Of course, it runs pretty good in stock trim also, just needs better high current cables and solenoid (the OEM stuff is too small for the 300A stock controller).

If you do decide to do any upgrades, stop by and ask questions before spending $$$ on stuff that may not be what is needed.

IE: Learn from our mistakes.
