I'm not sure why you'd ask for that one? but okay...

#10 = #7
#11 = #5

Thanks for the info!

So once the governor cable is adjusted per the instructions and the WOT rpm is adjusted to desired “safe” value for the particular engine model, is this considered to be the most one can expect in terms of top speed?

In order to keep the engine safe from getting a hole in the engine block like CP241 has,
your next step is high speed gears for more speed, BUT... you will lose torque with a stock engine from them.
