Default 2000 DS Squeal Continues

Hi all. I have searched and researched and coming for help. My 2000 DS was squealing bad at starts when I got it a few months ago. I changed both belts. One thing that I noticed is that the starter generator did not drop very much when I loosened the three bolts. I saw videos that showed a decent drop. I had a helper hold up the SG with a strap to get tension. Squeal continued when starting. I then loosened everything again...put a tie down thru the back panel and around the SG and attached to my Jeep to get as much tension as possible. Squeal stopped for several weeks and now just started again. Any thoughts? Replace the three bolts on the SG? Anything? Thanks in advance.

What belts did you use and where did you get them?

It's a lot easier to tension the starter/generator with a pry bar when you lock the adjusting bolt. And it needs to be tight, but not so tight you should ever have to employ the use of a jeep or a ratchet strap....

Both belts were from Cart Parts Plus. Severe duty on the drive belt. The SG initially went on pretty easy, which I thought was odd since the SG didn't drop really at all. I then tried to put tension by hand, tie down by hand and crow bar. The squeal continued and that led me to try the more extreme method.
