CAN plug not working on 09 RXV

Cleaned connections, programmer not powering up on 2009 RXV. Anyone have this issue? Programmer works on other carts do not the issue.

Does it turn on but say 'No Connection!' or 'Software Unknown!'

Because I've had controllers that have failed or were failing do this, or power up and when you select a category such as 'diag realtime' or 'battery/warranty' you get 'failed to read!'

A fried controller won't power up period, and there are times where one of the fuses attached to the cover with the run/tow switch blows. Also, the blue wire from charging port might have gone bad which acts like a reed switch and can shut everything down. Is the little green light lit all the time on the charge receptacle?

I have had a few Danaher (2008 to early 2012) RXVs return a communications error when connected to an RXV handset for that controller. My Danaher handset was supplied by FSIP. I have updated the OS on quite a few early RXVs, but have had only a few that refused to communicate. The carts operated fine otherwise, so it was either a harness issue, or a defective CAN bus on the Danaher controller.
