96 Ez Go trouble no power
Hi everyone,
I just purchased a EZ GO from my friend. I believe is a 1996/1997. I just finished putting a lift kit and new batteries on it. With very litle luck nothing is moving when I turn the switch on. I think the controller is fried. I opened it and there is obvious water damage. I would like to make it faster since I put 14” wheels on it. Lol. I don’t know where to go from here. Do I need a new controller? New heavy duty solenoid? Can my current motor Handel it? I am sorry this is a DIY project and I don’t know much on this topic. Thank you for all your help. |

Re: 96 Ez Go trouble no power
What is your full pack voltage when you measure it with your multi-meter?
Do you have full voltage on both sides of the solenoid when the GO pedal is pressed? Do you hear the solenoid click? |
