Default why no movement and gear noise?

After parking cart with no issues; it now does not move in fwd or bkwd and hear "gear grind / spin"? What is causing the cart to "all of a sudden" do this?

I’ve never experienced it, just read about it here a bunch, but you might have a stripped hub. I guess it’s a common failure on ezgo’s. Remove whatever you need to on your rims to be able to see the castle nut. Try to drive the cart and see if the castle nut is spinning while the wheel is not. I don’t know if it typically makes a grinding noise, but it’s an easy thing to check, and fix, if that is the problem.
