Gas Club Car Solenoid Failure
I have a 99 gas CCDS. I have replaced the starter solenoid 4 times. 2 of them were not rated for continuous duty and that was my oversight. 2 were continuous duty. The coil seems to be burning up or sticking. The generator puts out 14.5 vdc through the regulator. Is the voltage too high for the solenoid? TIA

Re: Gas Club Car Solenoid Failure
14.5v is normal. Where are you getting these solenoids? The cheapo a Chinese ones on alot of internet sites are junk and don’t last long at all.
