I had a video of it running. I couldn't get it to load. everything looked normal. I replaced the belt with an old one I had in the shop. its not squealing like the the other one was. maybe it was the belt the whole time. I'm just gonna drive it awhile to see how it does. thanks to everyone who replied. have a good evening. Mike

Videos won’t load directly to the forum. Best to use a third party host like YouTube or similar and post a link to it here.
The right belt will make a big difference on these. Often the aftermarket belts are problematic and don’t last nearly as long as an original Club Car belt. |

Yes Sir, that belt that was removed was an aftermarket belt. I had to change out a couple of aftermarket parts with OEM. sometimes its worth the extra money to avoid the headache. thanks
