Carryall 2 Hydraulic Lift - Bleeding
I had not been using the hydraulic bed lift for several months because of electrical issues. I fixed my electrical issues yesterday, filled the reservoir with fluid and tried to go up and down. I hear the pump working but the arm does not go up or down. Any idea how to bleed the system? thanks

Re: Carryall 2 Hydraulic Lift - Bleeding
There is no bleeding. The seals in the cylinder are likely bad. Find a hydraulic shop to rebuild it or disassemble and buy your seals from. Club Car only sells the entire cylinder for like $900.
I got all the seals from a hydraulic shop for $35 and it takes maybe 30 minutes to remove and disassemble as long as the gland isn't rusted in place too bad. |
