Heat sensor on Kohler engine
I need to test the heat sensor on my 2019 onward. Is the sensor normally open and goes to ground when activated, or is it normally closed and opens(breaks ground) when activated? What temperature does it activate and will it reset when cooled, or does it have to be replaced if activated?

I'm not familiar with it, but you can go to Kohler's website for the service manual and see if you can find what you're looking for.
