Default Steering squeek

Seems to be my day for new posts... steering starting squeeking real bad yesterday. Seemed to be coming from the sterring column, but when I got under the front end it is coming from the tie rod end, with the zerk on it.

Time to grease it? How often should I be doing this?

how often you grease depends on how often you drive. I'm sure there is some number out there like every few hours of drive time or something but once a month seems to work for me, when I clean the batteries and check the water level, I shoot some grease around too..

grease the spindle king pins while your at it

He only has 1 grease fitting on his cart, and the spindle king pins are greasless on it.....

I generally reccommend that you grease at least once every 6 months.
