rxv charger port wiring

i upgraded my cart from 36 v to 48 v. i picked up a 48 v delta Q charger and the rxv charging port which has 4 wires on it, a gray,a black,a red, and a small blue wire that has a molded end on it. i need to know how do i wire this to my batteries so it will charge them

I have a 2005 ez go 36v txt . The charger port has a white wire, a black wire and a smaller red wire that has become disconnected and I cannot determine what it should attach to. the red wire is approximately 30'' long and will reach to the passenger side of the cart. What is it's function and to what does it connect?

Smaller red wire is from reed switch, it powers the microswitches on the F&R.
