2008 ezgo rxv shutting off at random
I have a 2008 ezgo electric rxv. It is shutting down at random. It has been lifted, has 23'' tires on it. All cables (battery, and controller) have been upgraded to 4ga wire. Solenoid has been replaced-dealer said that cart had a problem with them. I've read on a bunch of forums, these carts are notorious for this. Any solutions yet? Thanks

Probably motor temp sensor shutting the cart down.

ya lifted rxv's and big tire and wheels don't mix. I have seen stock rxv's at real hilly golf courses shut down. If you have access to a handheld put it in realtime diagnostics and check your motor temp sensor after you run it for a while.

Do you have any accessories hooked up. I.e. lights radio etc. ?

Yes, i have lights, horn, and radio-running off 2 different batteries

I would charge the cart fully then disconnect the batteries and see what they read the next day.i have been told if there's a bad battery it will do that as well.
