No-Go Sometimes Solved!
I found the problem with the cart not going sometimes after ridden for a while. The Solenoid was getting pretty hot, and even though it was a brand new 200a HD one, I replaced it with the 400a one. PROBLEM SOLVED! I broke off one of the small terminals by overtightening it, but soldered it. It should hold until I can exchange it. I took apart the 200a solenoid to see what was wrong, and only found one small burn mark on a copper disk. This problem occured after I changed some battery cables out, with the main cables still connected to the controller and solenoid. Either the new cables carried alot more current, and caused the heat. Or, I messed up the resistor, diode, or solenoid. Either way, She's working now!!!!!! 48v's here I come!
