Which ez go should I buy?

I am looking at 2 ez go gas carts.

The first is a 99 txt painted chameleon with new generator and carburetor and belts. Runs good but slow and has some hideous wheels/tires. Asking price was $1425 and has come down to $1300

The second is a 2009 ez go from a rental fleet. Nothing fancy and stock white or green. Asking $3000 on this one.

Both carts are in great shape with head/tail lights. I am looking to lift and trick out the one that makes it home.

Which is the better deal?

what you save on buggy you can jack it and get tires/wheels .. jmo
