Yeah replace that thing, I'm in need of some 92 running 4 stroke electric stuff. Just kidding sounds like maybe you mashed the F-R cables. Follow along from the backside of the shifter on the under seat panel,to the underneath and you should be able to find pretty easily where the rock hit took place. Once you isolate it you should be able to determine what need adjusting/replacing. And if you do get tired I'm in AR I hope your close.... JK Jim

Look closer at the cable bracket on the rear end. On the driver side [best way I know to describe it] it looks as though the cable is gone between the bracket and the lever. Is that a photo trick? Or is there cable missing there? if so that is where you start. Unless of course you need me yo come haul off some.... still just kidding, Hot Springs is only a little over 2 hours away. Jim

Maybe you could give a call to Don at Alabama carts, since you not gonna sell it to me and buy you another one. Still just kidding but I might be interested if you did want to sell it. [I need to find a "spare " cart to replace the 92 Marathon 4 seater I have that somebody hooked the battery up backwards on] Don or Jason @ Alabama carts [they are one of the largest salvage yards for golf carts in the country and really nice guys. 1-800-262-6861 is the number Check with them to see if they have that cable and the rocker assm that mounts to the diff that helps hold it in neutral. The way I have it figured is if either one of the cables is broken, and the rocker is a push me pull you type deal, it helps hold the neutral position by having both cables and if one is gone it wont lock .
