DS real slow and no power F-or R..wont hardly move in reverse
DS runs but is really slow ..just no power...thought it needed batteries but batteries all tested over 7 volts and load tested good..its a 36 volt 98 cart...where do I start

Batteries sound odd - a 6 volt battery should never read as high as 7 volts, and an 8 volt battery should never read that low, how many caps on each battery (number of cells per battery)?
