With all of this testing did you ever check the batteries? I see no mention of it in the last four pages.

I want to thank everyone that help me out. Yes it was the controller, and when I took the old one and shook it, something rattle inside? I replace it with a 300 amp Altrax controller and it works great. Thank you again.
