Bobby, I ended up getting an entire rear end reasonably priced from plumquick. Don't know if that's an option for your cart. That's if you don't get it off.
I remember that. To this day, you're still the only one that hasn't come off.

Now that I have the old motor out and after doing some research I have found out that the current motor is now obsolete and it is apparent that a new motor is in my future. Will newer motors fit my axle? Will all the wiring be the same? Thanks to all that posted replies.
Newer motors will fit on your differential with no problem. I'll need to know what drive system is on your cart in order to tell you which motor you'll need. What's the vehicle serial number?

I think I may have had a lot of first. I don't think I'll ever forget slamming the axle down for two days straight and the relief when I finally busted the differential and the decision was made. Just shows that you can fix anything if you throw enough money at it.

Thanks for the info klanel. I have seen the entire assembly on eBay fr $499 obo. The only issue is that it's from a 2009 cart. I am not sure about the speed sensor being compatible with my cart with was originally equipped with a GE motor.

Got it. I shall reply. Thanks

As for your serial number....
Something isn't making sense here. The serial number either has one too many digits or you're mistaking a "Q" for a "0". Are you sure it's not "AQ" instead of "A0"?

Thought so. It's a 2002 DS IQ

I rechecked the housing on the differential this evening after cleaning it up and found that it was cracked around two of the motor mounting holes. So I started looking for a replacement. I found one from a 2009 DS with the following numbers. There were two numbers on the motor.....102775101 and DA5-4006. The listing also listed the number 3239913. The listing is for the entire differential assembly including the motor. My cart is a 2002 DS IQ model. I am fairly certain it will bolt up to my cart with no issues. My question will is if in fact it will fit my cart will it work? I know the motor should run but will the speed sensor from the 2009 unit work with the 2002 controller in my cart? Any thoughts on this will be appreciated.
