Is EZGO using the same "Sonic Weld" technique they used in the PDS on the red wire from the solenoid's battery side large terminal that split and went to J1 Pin-5 and the beeper?

To be honest I don’t know 100%. I have just seen where this mass of wires corrodes resulting in a bad connection.. I usually just cut it out and replace the mass.

Is the pedal switch in the floor board?

This is one of those "We're not worthy" moments. It's alive!

After 6 days of banging my head on the concrete. a cheap part was the cure.
Part came from Amazon on Prime in 1 day.

Excellent!! Glad you got it worked out. On these newer carts a handheld or laptop with cable is a blessing when trying to diagnose an issue. Diagnostic screen will show you what the controller is seeing so it probably would have caught that pretty quick.

Microswitch in pedal box under floor. AKA pedal switch.
