Since that cart is Lithium from factory, most likely CC has linked the BMS and the Controller together and you won't be able to replace the controller with Alltrax. Same issue in RXV or TXT Lithium with replacement controllers. Just my 2 cents worth... Maybe someone else know different.

Maybe in the future, Alltrax controller and Alltrax BMS can replace factory stuff???

Am I missing the tire size on your CC? 18"? 23"?

Increasing the tire diameter (to a point) is a relatively easy way to increase top speed.

It is non lifted and has 205/40r12. Was going to try some 215/50r12 but was told they would rub.

I just put some 215/50-12 tires on and they fit fine with no rubbing, increase of speed from 19.2 to 21.7 mph

The rim offset also makes a difference on the maximum tire size before it rubs during a hard turn.

Do You know your rim offset (or backspace) for reference to go along with your tires?

If You don't know it is usually etched on the back side of the rim, sometimes like ET-12.
