Default RXV no power

My Danaher RXV currently has no power. Turn key gives no power.

Power across batteries is 50v
Top post on solenoid to neg battery post is 37.8v
B- to b+ on controller is 4.5v
3 and 4 pins on controller plug have no voltage
All fuses in good shape

Am I walking down the trail of a failed controller? Any other test I can do to verify? I’m also concerned that 3/4 pin on controller had no voltage.

Any help would be appreciated!

OK I downloaded and went to the section of carts doesn’t run.

Measure the key switch: when neg probe is on C, nothing happens on multimeter. When neg probe is on D, I get continuity.

When I do the charge receptacle test: I’m getting 8ish bolts through the lower two terminals.

Does that mean charge receptacle needs to be replaced? That is causing complete shutdown of power?

I did unplug blue wire from receptacle and got 49.7v across battery pack. So is it not the receptacle?

So, one test lead on blue wire at port, other on pack B- gets full power? That's good.

Plug in your charger, if cart charges, and first statement is correct, port is ok.

Charger does click on when plugged in.

Any other thoughts on why cart has zero power? No start up sequence at all. I don’t see anything else in troubleshooting guide for no power.

Cgtech - Wouldn't the low voltages in red above indicate a solenoid with very bad contacts and in need of replacement?

I had thought this also BUT would a bad solenoid cause all power to cease?

If the 4.5V from B+ at controller to B- (pack negative or B- on controller) is with the KS on and solenoid energized then you have an issue with the solenoid. Voltage to B+ thru sol should be same as pack voltage.

One more thing for clarification. See RED above. Battery power is 50V yet the solenoid battery side post to battery negative is 37.5V if aI am reading you right. That in itself says a voltage drop in the cable from pack + to the solenoid of 13V, bad cable??

Still hoping cgtech will also comment on what I have posted.
