Still hoping cgtech will also comment on what I have posted.
I just dont think having a bad solenoid would keep the cart from actually powering up.

I also removed the black wire from resistor control module and the b- terminal and only hooked up the battery cable. Nothing happened.

Im thinking controller is fried.

Once the solenoid opens back up, all bets are off, as far as what voltage you might see across the controller terminals.

How many threaded terminals are on the solenoid?
Post a close pic of the solenoid if possible.

I had made the assumption that the sol energized, just that the cart wouldn't do anything. Went back and reread the thread, sol power up not mentioned. My bad.

Danahers are hard to work on without a handheld scanner. For example, some "failed part" errors will prevent powerup entirely, and unplugging the failed part results in the same error in the controller. So unplugging the failed part wont make any change the person working on the cart would notice.

What are you trying to verify from that pic?

I just saw the start up sequence and the first check it does it check the electric brake.

When Carr initially locked up, I removed the brake to check to see if something was wrong. Currently brake isn’t on cart but it’s attached. Don’t tell me I’m getting no power because it’s not screwed on?

This. Solenoid is trashed.

I suggest not getting another one of those weak solenoids, get the proper Trombetta one for your cart, much more durable (609428 is ezgo PN).

I did notice that when I took the pic. Is the solenoid being broke keeping the cart from any power?

Solenoid contacts damaged, their only job is switching power. The controller knows if the voltage rises quickly or not. Burned solenoid is gonna be a "or not" situation.
