Default 48 volt conversion with Alltrax install

I'm converting my cart to 36 volts so I've installed new 8V batteries, Alltrax 500AMP controller and a Heavy duty Solenoid. When I have everything hooked up I'm getting a High Throttle Under Range on the Alltrax. I tested the switch at the pedal and it appears to be working. I have 48 volts on one side then 48 volts on the other side when the pedal is pressed. I'm getting nothing at the white wire of the ITS. It reads 0 volts regardless if the pedal is pressed or not. Is my ITS bad or something with the Alltrax?

Also, the monitor screen on the Alltrax shows throttle at 100% when I turn on the cart.

Does it still read 100% when the ITS throttle is unplugged from the controller?

Yes...spoke with Alltrax support today and he said it’s the reed switch. Bypassed that and all is good! Thanks!

Mine is doing this same thing. I have the same set up as you also. My reed switch it already bypassed too. Can't for the life of me figure this out.

Did you change your charging port to the 3 prong or keep the D style port?
