The drum is stuck to the axle stub that sticks out of the center of the drum. When all else fails apply heat to the drum all the way around just inside of the studs. Lots of heat not what you get from your propane soldering torch. A rose bud on a oxy-acetelene torch works great. You have to make the drum grow.
