Re: light aiming?
Taller shackles on the rear springs? I don't think there are any adjustments on those. You either cut them right, or you're stuck with it. But let's let some others confirm.

Re: light aiming?
i was thinking about something like that. may be necessary in the future. am planning a convertable back seat-bed so may want a little more lift or stiffer springs for carrying a load

Re: light aiming?
I can't tell from your pictures, but some of those style of lights have a phillips head screw just under the light which can be used to aim the lights higher/lower as needed. Could give that a try.

Re: light aiming?
This makes it sound complicated, but it is simple.
Mine are very well aimed and light the road up nicely. http://www.buggiesgonewild.com/elect...eadlights.html |

Oh course, another way is to add some auxiliary lights and point them to the road and then you've got your road and squirrel hunting lights. |

Re: light aiming?
It does change the shape of the nose.
Did it bring the lights into alignment for you when you tried it? I also mounted a single Hella fog light to the front tow mount and that is awesome for out in the woods. (pics after work) It would be nice to figure out a way to adjust these light kits that kept the stock look. No washers or gaps at the top of the lamp assembly, or flat nose etc. |

Re: light aiming?
My lights look like they were auto fog lights, they have a mounting tab on the back that looks like it was intended for bumper mounting. i was thinking about a turnbuckel between the back of the light and the floorboard or some support member in the front end to pull the light back a little. Just have not crawled under to take a look yet.

Re: light aiming?
I just installed a complete Red Hawk brand light kit (LGT-304) a few weeks ago. The lights are on a two point pivot and are raised or lowered with a phillips screw between the headlight and turn light. The ultimate wiring kit (LGT-344) is terrific! Everything (turn signal, horn, head lights, tail lights and brake lights plugged in easily and everything worked the first time. Check out www.golfcart.com.
