Default 96 48v CC wont charge until it's just about dead.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? The charger I have is a Power Drive.

Never. That is bizarre- it should charge at any time, unless the pack gets below 38v I think...

I'm not too familiar with CC, so here goes. Are you using an OBC? Are you sure you have a 48V charger? I know these seem dumb questions, but I have done far dumber, believe me!

I'll bet I've got you topped on the dumbest things ever done list.

It does have an OBC and the charger is a 48v.
