Re: new paint job
Looks great, how did you do it? What kind of paint did you use. Any primer or just spray it? Looking to do mine this winter and could use all the help I can get. Thanks

Re: new paint job
instead of takeing the body apart, i just taped off every plastic piece that i didnt want painted. i just went to home depot and picked up 2 cans of a forest green color of rustoleum spray paint. just apply the spray evenly and its as simple as that. also since i redid the battery tray on the inside under the seat i had to spray that. just cover all the electrical boxes with newspaper. i used a flat black color on the inside.

Re: new paint job
oh, and try to get as close to the body as you can with your tape, to avoid a seam of spray on the plastic. for tape i just used masking tape, or painters tape will work fine too. one last thing i forgot to mention is i did sand the body using a fine grip 400 sand paper. just brush off the dust well before spraying. the paint job made my cart look 10x better!
