Did a little more. Cut down my windshield. Want to use light grey plexi. What thickness?

Looking at tire and wheels. Looks like 22's will be close and 20's will work fine with 4" lift. Has anybody tried 22s and how much trouble was it.

I was reading on a different website about this. One guy said he had to trim the wheel wells a bit by the rocker panel...so down where the floor board is basically. Other than that he said it worked fine. If I can find the post, or what random golf cart site/FB group it was Ill post it here for ya.

It's not uncommon to have to trim the wheel well area on the G1 and G2/G9. The rocker panels extend past the wheel opening, so trimming those flush with the fender helps.

Made some progress. Windscreen is mounted. Running boards are mounted. Kick plates installed.

Motor is coming along. Crankcase is going together tomorrow. Looking for a deal on wheels/tires.
