Great, I will try to get to this later today, I assume the cart will run better? Because it's getting to much fuel correct??

I was thinking about doing that h.e.i. conversion, but I want the cart to run rite before I attempt anything else.

Thanks for the help.

If it is getting too much fuel, it will run poorly.
Does this cart have a lift on it? That adds to the problem because of the way the float is installed in the carb. When the angle of the swing-arm increases, so does the angle at which the carb is mounted. Angling the carb that direction allows more fuel into the carb before the float can raise high enough to shut off flow.

No lift, can I leave carb in cart, or do I have to pull carb off? Thanks.

I don't know if you can get to it in the cart. Probably easier to just pull it out.

No, put it on the fitting where the fuel supply comes into the carb.

Move the throttle linkage to the other pivot point.
The one it is attached to now is/was for the auto oil injection set up.

Good point. Sorry I didn't notice that. It won't lead to the fuel spitting problem though.

Just trying remembering all the little things that popped up on mine, that being one of them. Another thing, make sure ALL the gas line connections are secured with hose clamps. That was another lesson learned the hard way.
