Default Roypow 105A dead

After 2 months my new Roypow lithium 105A pack died. Guage showing full charge. Testing shows 5V. No response from connecting charger.
Presume this is BMS failure. Roypow distributor in Australia had no hesitation in replacing with new unit. Thank you mother for the rabbits....

Was your return handled through the seller of the Roypow unit or did you have direct communication with Roypow for return. Was your unit self installed or through a club car dealer (or other seller). These are questions that will sway me into the method of purchase down the road. Of course, was the return shipping covered in warranty? Any other cost incurred?

It may be different in Australia, but in USA is your resposability to deliver and pickup from the dealer.

Here is another thread about a Roypow return:

Roypow require dealer to install. Dealer spoke to Australian distributor. No cost no hassle. Immediate replacement. Great service.

lol @ covid free :-) was down there for november and december - quite the contrast between the US and Australia in "normal" times but even bigger at the moment.
