2002 club car spark issues
hi have a 2002 club car, will not produce spark to the plug all the time, if i unhook the brown wire that i believe is the rpm limiter from the ground bolt it will start every time, is it safe to drive this way, does the engine have a govenor. this is my first club car. any info would be great, thanks

Yes that brown ground wire goes to the rpm limiter. You should be fine without it. Stock cart will ususally hit the 3600 rpm limiter around 20 mph.
